We need you to allocate 5 users, where we can help automate tasks and increase productivity, typically, those creating reports, doing repetitive administration tasks, creating content or financial reporting. Part of our Sprint is designed to help you identify the right people for this pilot. All we need is for you to be an existing Microsoft Office365 user and we'll provide the rest during this sprint program.

This is a fixed scope technical engagement for 5 key users, delivered by Deane Computer Solutions, in partnership with Infinigate Cloud (a Microsoft-certified distributor). Your program will be implemented by a Microsoft-certified consultant to drive valuable outcomes. This is a remote engagement, so we would ask you to grant us access to your Microsoft tenant and have facilities for your team to join us on weekly video calls. We'll deliver 5 key things:

WEEK 1 Welcome, Design & Deploy 30-minute welcome call; to review pilot scope, confirm preSprint survey data, install and configure Purview for data governance (DLP Policies and Information Protection) in your tenant;  your 5 Copilot users go live.

WEEK 2 Initial usage, Check-in & Test Your 5 users are now up and running, will check in to review early Copilot wins; test the controls in action; confirm Purview is catching what it should.

WEEK 3 Discover & Review Findings Mid-sprint check-in; In the SCOUT Compass reports we review, we'll show you the results; see your highest-value next Copilot candidates.  Our goal is to help you identify where this could scale in your business to continually add value.

WEEK 4 Evaluate, Decide & Plan Our final check-in; review your sprint pilot outcomes and report data; then you choose your path forward from three clear options.
